Abstract: A direct link to the digitized WPA collection that is available on the KWAHS website. The KWAHS houses the largest collection of WPA-era art on paper, paintings, photographs and ephemera that document the interwar period in Key West when works produced under the WPA’s Federal Art Project played a central role in preserving cultural life on the island. With over 250 objects spread across an array of mediums, the WPA collection represents a broad cross-section of the island’s diverse community and the foundations of its current economic pursuits.
