To support an interdisciplinary Colloquia taught by faculty from humanities, natural sciences, and social sciences, with students from all three divisions. The emphasis will be on preparation and discussion of papers dealing with diverse dimensions of science policy decisions. Students will be made aware of the consequences of new technologies for such goals as individual freedom, social justice, human fulfillment, and environmental preservation.
