The grant will enable the University to develop a program in which humanity faculty and graduate students will cooperate with non-humanities faculty and undergraduates in an effort to apply humanistic values and knowledge to fields outside of the humanities. This will entail summer workshops for faculty members, mid-level courses for undergraduates, and a seminar for graduate students.
