Fundamental Rights of Americans

To examine the concept of "fundamental rights" as interpreted through the Constitution. The study will examine three areas; 1) the development of fundamental rights within the last 30 years; 2)the historical analogues for this development English constitutional history; and 3) theoretical and philosophical considerations, in which the human rights movement would be tied in with the doctrine of fundamental rights.
