Develop a detailed plan for the creation of the American Writers Museum "Launch Pad"/"First Edition". Launch Pad or First Edition are terms the Foundation is using to describe a fully functioning, fully realized museum, designed for an extraordinary visitor experience in an occupancy of 10,000 square feet and taking into consideration the digital medium's potential for reinforcing and expanding the reach of the on-site museum experience. To achieve a Launch Pad plan, the work plan will consist of two workshops with subject matter experts, a workshop with the consultant team and three design phases, each with a specific set of deliverables.
