To open a new, expanded Youth Museum with exhibit focusing on local history and cultures. To introduce traditions and contributions of local ethnic groups; To increase personal and social identity in a multi-cultural environment; to develop community pride. The multi- media exhibit will include artifacts, slides, photos, maps, portraits, accompanied by the city's story on English and Spanish language tapes.
