To effectively plan the design and the contents of exhibits interpreting the relationship among natural resources, socio-economic development, and architecture and urban design. Funds will be used for a professional designer to insure the aesthetic and educational effectiveness of the exhibits, as well as a cultural historian to help prepare the material.
