Public Programs Related to the Tutankhamun

To develop a series of programs which will interpret the historic and humanistic problems presented by the exhibition of Tutankhamun's treasures. The program will include a public lecture series at the two institutions, single lectures to be presented to colleges and adult groups within a radius of 150 miles of Chicago, supplementary exhibits of related Egyptian material at both institutions, illustrated leaflets on the permanent Egyptian exhibits at the two institutions and a manual information both while the main exhibit is at the Museum.
