To secure- professional services for planning and layout of a museum for an 8-room facility acquired May 1, 1976, to serve as an educational and interpretive component for our midwest, heritage; to study our program and exhibitions in relation to new space available and to energize professional and volunteer effort so that the museum may become an exerting place in the most professional way.
