Planning for Public Humanities Activities

To plan ways of promoting the use of the humanities collections in the Public Library of Nashville and Davidson County by producing humanities programs aimed at the young adult audience (16-35). Pilot program in each of four branch libraries will be designed around the collection of the individual branch, from the formation of book groups to lectures. The program's effect on the use of the humanities collection and overall procedures for developing programs will be evaluated.
