FAIN: GY-10059-72

City of Greeley (Greeley, CO 80631-3910)
Christopher L. Dill (Project Director: June 1972 to present)

To retrieve the surviving physical data regarding the Amahami village in Stanton, North Dakota--one of the five Indian town which Lewis and Clark found near the mouth of the Knife River in 1804. Portions of the village have already been seriously damaged; the rest will be destroyed by courthouse remodeling in 1973.
