Montgomery County Community College, in collaboration with the Norristown Public Library, Wissahickon Public Library, and Pottstown Regional Public Library, will host a six unit series on the History of America's Popular Music during the fall 2013. Each unit will showcase a film followed by a presentation from Project Scholar Michael Simmons, D.M.A. and a discussion and/or demonstration from an expert(s) in the corresponding genre of American music.
