To conduct an International Congress of approximately 4,000 predominately humanisitic scholars on anthropology. About one-fourth of the participants will be Third World Scholars. Results of the Congress will be published within one year and updated (via similar Congresses) every five years. Program and financial decentralization will make it possible for Third World countries to host future Congresses.
