The Wyoming Council for the Humanities has chosen as its current theme; "Tradition and. Change: The Development of Community" because the theme reflects the major issues in the state, creates an effective approach to program planning, and provides a basis for Bicentennial discussion. The Council intends to give priority to proposals which relate to the American Issues Forum.
