Kemmerer Library Harding Township proposes Revolutionary Roots to mark the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution and specific ties to the area. Revolutionary Roots is a year-long project celebrating the strategic importance of Harding, NJ that makes it a vital chapter in the story of the American Revolution. It will include a mix of educational events, reenactments and community engagement; some of which include partnering with the Harding Township Historical Society (HTHS) and the Museum of Early Trades and Crafts (METC) in Madison, NJ. The goals of Revolutionary Roots are educating the community and fostering public engagement which align with the mission of the library.
