The development of curriculum and educational digital resources on Omaha tribal culture, drawing on artifacts and information collected by 19th-century Native American anthropologist Francis La Flesche.

Integration of new digital resources from a collection created by famous anthropologist Francis La Flesche into Native Studies courses, develop digital exhibit with student interns for community members and development of specialized materials for senior citizen participants.

Abstract: The book centers around an never before published ethnological work of Francis La Flesche of the Omaha Tribe, considered today the first indigenous North American ethnologist. Collection Catalog featured was created as part of a commissioned collection La Flesche produced between 1894 and 1898 on behalf of the Royal Museum of Ethnologies know known as the Ethnologisches Museum Berlin. The book is published with in connection with the exhibition Against the Current: The Omaha, Francis La Flesche, and his Collection, at the Humboldt Forum Berlin 2022- 2025. Accompanying the unpublished original catalog are essays Francis La Flesche Between Two Worlds by Ilja Labischniski and Elisabeth Sereyl-Langkamp, and Francis La Flesche and The Omaha During a Time of Transition by Wynema Morris, Omaha tribal member and Nebraska Indian Community College faculty member.
