Endowment for research, dissertation writing and postdoctoral fellowships in the history of science, technology, and medicine.

The Center seeks to establish an endowment for its program of fellowships supporting research in the historical collections of its consortium member institutions by scholars in the humanities. This research examines and interprets changes in science, technology and medicine from the perspectives of intellectual, social and cultural history, as well as architecture, art history, English, philosophy and other humanities disciplines. The Center's fellowship programs started in 2007 and are ongoing.
