The College of St. Teresa, a 4-yr women's college, requires consultant assistance in determining how various humanities departments might better use and share human and physical resources in order to build successful academic programs. Declining enrollment in humanities courses and an inability to reach faculty consensus over the advantages of and possible approaches to department re-organization are prompting the college's need for consultant help. The college has traditionally offered a strong liberal arts education interwoven with professional training.
