To offer assistance in developing and refining skills in interdisciplinary planning and teaching, in bringing up to date the Afro-American materials in the contemporary black studies program, in developing modular materials for the course, in considering means of bringing the study of philosophy into the curriculum, in suggesting means for using, means for using media in the course, and in designing an effective method of evaluation.
