To provide Waynesburg College with consultant assistance in two areas. First, in determining an appropriate combination of technical and academic courses, in determining staff and equipment needs and in scheduling implementation of the proposed concentration in communications-arts media studies. Second, in constructing a mode of instruction consonant with the goal of providing all students with an opportunity to develop a set of values and to apply them to problem situations.
