Consultant will help in revamping the actual basic humanities courses, making them more relevant to the college's career-oriented students (mostly Spanish-speaking, 1st generation college students from both urban and rural communities), and in developing new and more modern courses and teaching strategies which will result in attracting students to the humanities program. Revisions are expected to increase student interest and end the current serious enrollment attrition from humanities course offerings.
