To establish 2 seminars, the first concentrating on medieval glass with students writing catalogue entries for an exhibition, the second covering museology with students participating in planning and mounting the exhibition on "Medieval Stained Glass in New England Collections". Student assignments would focus on broad problems in medieval art history and museology as well as on the specific problems of cataloguing glass and mounting an exhibition.
