To create two new courses "Television As Popular Culture" and "The Electric Media" in the Department of Popular Culture. Both courses will be interdisciplinary in scope and approach, and outside speakers, visitors etc., will be utilized in order to provide vital perspectives for an adequate overview of the culturally significant topics covered in the courses.
