To plan, develop, and offer a course ("Communication Policy and Planning") in the undergraduate curriculum, Department of Communication. 35 students from all disciplines may enroll. Course emphasis is placed on the individual's active participation in his world working from an ethic of communication based on peace, freedom, mutual respect, cultural and political diversity, and man's intrinsic worth or dignity. Field trips, videotapes, and films will augment traditional course materials.
