To develop, teach, and evaluate a course entitled "Ethics and Public Policy." The course will focus on the foundations of humanistic inquiry and major works drawn from the fields of ethics, rhetoric, social and political philosophy, literature, cultural anthropology, and history. Comparison of science and public policy with ethics is a major theme.
