Committee on the Role fo the Humanities in Higher Education arranges conferences, consultation and cooperative ventures between leading experts and educators in medicine, science, graduate education, technology and environmental studies to explore the place of the humanities in scientific and technological education. Committee sponsors publications, collections of essays resulting from such consultations and cooperative efforts.
