To offer a B.A. in Liberal Arts, External Degree which will extend the resources of the intstituion to mature students who are unable to spend large amounts of time is traditional on-campus programs because of family or occupational responsibilities or because of distance from campus. It will provide an upper-division program for students who have completed two years of work at an accredited institution and have fulfilled their General Education requirements.
