A sequence of freshman and sophomore courses stressing the transformation of humanities students into adults with an active personal and social philosophy that will motivate them to apply their training and energies to the improvement of society as well as to the development of their intellects and feelings. Courses will stress interdisciplinary approaches to a problem, and will require an independent project from each participant. |
