Each faculty member will advise and supervise the independent work of twelve to fifteen students, be in charge of two small groups, participate in an interdisciplinary seminar and conventions and present a series of lectures in his or field of expertise. Student responsibilities include intensive, independent study of one topic with written and oral reports required. Extensive readings and participation in all class activities will be required. A summary and synthesis of research with bibliography will be experted of each students at the end of the course.
