Proposal for a Course in Greek and Roman Humanities

To inaugurate the first phase of a 2-year project to mount a new sequence of the courses in Greek and Roman Humanities. During 1974-75 these funds release three members of the humanities faculty to participate in a series of courses and seminars in Greek and Roman History and Culture. Participation in these courses have two objects: the education of the faculty sponsoring the proposal, and the formulation and refinement of the projected sequence of courses which will become a permanent part of the curriculum.
