To develop a colloquia program designed to keep abreast of current issues of relevance and interest to Tuskegee through the format of 3 courses designed to train students to do effective research in archives and in the field, to train student to write up their results in a coherent and comprehensive way, to strengthen the quality of instruction in research develop in the colloquia a medium through which research done at Tuskegee can be shared with the community. Library holdings are also to be upgraded.
