Summer Archaelogical Training Institute for Junior and Senior High School Students

An eight-week summer archeological training institute for 20 junior and senior high school students from northeastern Pennsyvania. The project will involve classroom study of archeological techniques and field work at sites of Susquehannock Indians of the area, and would salvage two threatened sites and work toward in-depth study of evolution of Susquehannock tribal society.
