To establish a Center for Ethnic Music. The primary objective of which is the enrichment of an educational curriculum in secondary schools and colleges in the United States. The study will focus its attention of the music of major non-white minority groups such as Latin-Americans, Afro-Americans, American Indians and Mexican-Americans.
