To complete the second phase of this project. The first segment examines the life of Puerto Ricans on the Mainland, i.e. in New York City, Nassau and Suffold Counties. The second segment describes the history and background of the people on the island of Puerto Rico itself. To write and disseminate two manuals, one in English, the other in Spanish, designed for use in conjunctions with the television documentaries.
