To design and produce four "person-oriented teaching/learning units" for the senior high school level of the state's world studies program. The proposed project involves a six week summer workshop for fifteen social studies teachers, experienced in the world studies program, who prepare the student oriented materials in East Asia that is used in classes in the academic year.
