“ To display and then release to Staten Island schools and libraries, exhibit and teaching materials which explore through the writing of the ancient Egyptian, man's need and attempts at communication. The exhibit is composed of artifacts on loan from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The exhibit will be shown for 8 weeks at the Children's Museum. Following this initial display, the exhibit will travel throughout Staten Island for over a one year period.
