" To design an intensive two-tier summer course introducing graduate level skills of English to students in junior colleges, community colleges, high school seniors and freshmen in regular colleges. The course will meet in general lecture for four weeks then divide into discussion sections in two-tiers--one group following a graduate- level discussion program and the other an undergraduate discussion program. Class would then divide into task forces to study three Shakespearean plays.
