To develop a program to increase local awareness of community history The project will center on a six-week activity, exploring the communities of two schools through the use of above and below ground archaeology. Students will participate in collection of ethnographic data, as well as artifact recovery and analysis. A follow-up phase will insure analysis and successful completion of the field work and program development.
