To design and conduct a program to train K-12 teachers to develop competency in academic religious studies in order to design and implement teaching resource units on religious dimensions of world cultures. These units would enable teachers to integrate religion studies into existing world culture curricula. The format would serve as a model design for other teacher education institutions.
