To develop a Navajo bilingual bicultural law-related curriculum: Dine Bibee Haz'aani. This curriculum will include a casebook, a Navajo legal dictionary, filmstrips and videotapes utilizing data •from the fields of cultural anthropology, jurisprudence, linguistics and history in a form that Navajo high school students can internalize.
