Teaching World History: Comparisons and Connections

A workshop in world history for twenty K-12 teachers in northwest Wisconsin, to be held on six weekends and one week in the summer during 2005-2006.

Teaching Global History will provide a workshop in World History for 20 K-12 teachers in northwest and north central Wisconsin. Teachers will work with project faculty to focus on major comparative themes in World history as they master content knowledge, read and discuss recent scholarship and develop standards-based lessons using on primary sources that they select.
