Strategic Planning for the Future of the Historical Society

This grant will fund a three-day planning session for the future of the Historical Society. Officers, past presidents, and selected members of the Society's board of governors (along with other key resource people) will develop a strategic plan that will outline the vision for the society's future and include such areas as organization, membership, publications, and finances.
