To study Juvenile Court practice and philosophy in America from the beginnings of the Juvenile Court idea. The study will examine the successes and failures of the system as well as the future of the system in light of recent Supreme Court decision requiring adversary proceedings in Juvenile Courts. The study will involve both first-hand observation and literary research.
