To develop a systematic explanation of the political, iedological, ecological crisis engendered in the non-Western world as a result of the expansion of Euro-American civilisation since 1500 A.D. The present study builds upon work already accomplished in studies on Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia, and hopes to expand its scope to include materials on India and West and East Africa.
