To make a psychobiographic study of the men who have headed the Senate Foreign Relations Committee since 1924 (Borah through Fulbright). Project will delineate the role performance style of each incumbent, studying their end values, types of rhetoric used, attitudes towards work, etc. Project will try to outline personality types most likely to provide creative or adaptive leadership.
