FAIN: FA-11470-76

William A. Clebsch
Stanford University (Stanford, CA 94305-2004)

Study will trace the history of Christianity from the founding of the religion to the present, via eight major upheavals in western civilization and of the kinds of spiritual energies with which Christians met these crises. This historical study will be concerned with intercultural transactions and the psychohistory of ideal personality-types and will also bring church history under the purview of the general history of religions.
