To study in a comprehensive survey, Chinese Bronze Age ceremonial vessels of the Eastern Chow and Han period (770 B.C. - 220 A.D.). The completed research on these periods will be combined with the Grantee's earlier work and will subsequently be published as a book entitled Chinese Bronze Vessels of the Shang, Chow, and Han Dynasties.
