To complete the writing of a book about experiences in three discrete African cultures - the Kung Bushemen, the Dodoth, and the people of the Western Region of Nigeria - and to place this material in the perspective of time and events, and with modern American culture. PI intends to illustrate the profound economic, political and cultural dissimilarities and to show that the dissimilarities themselves sprang from common fundamental human needs.
