To complete a book that attempts to answer the question: what kinds of conduct may a legislature properly make criminal without infringing the moral autonomy of individual citizens. Thorough conceptual analyses will be proposed for such notions as "harm," "offense," "obscene," "community," and "morality," and a defense will be made of a highly qualified version of traditional liberal principles for justified coercion.
