To collect and consult at first-hand all the sources relevant to the editing of a projected series on CPE Bach's fifty-two concertos for harpsichord and orchestra and to the writing of a book on these works. Also will produce work on the size and disposition of the orchestra, the character of the keyboard instruments, the nature of the contrabass part, improvised cadenzas and ornamentation.
